Shipping & Returns

 

Our Return Policy

 

Didn’t love your order? See below for all the return details:

 

  • Email approval must be given before returning item, approval is based on product availability, time frame of purchase, ect.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a packing slip.
  • Items returned within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for store credit of the original sales price, or an exchange of equal value.
  • We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise for returns and exchanges. All tags must still be attached and we prefer item(s) to be sent back in their original packaging.  ANY ITEM(S) RETURNED WITH FRAGRANCE/ODORS/SMELLS WILL BE RETURNED AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE AND NO EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.
  • Item(s) exchanged must be at equal value. If you wish to exchange an item for something else that is of lesser or greater value, we will issue store credit for the return that you can use to purchase your new item(s).
  • Final Sale Policy: Any clearance items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Price Adjustment

 

  • A price adjustment will be given on an item within 7 days of purchase if price has changed in that time frame. The price adjustment will be given in the form of store credit

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

Our items are available to ship within 3-15 business days unless a specific ship date is otherwise stated. All orders are shipped via USPS and we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer after the order was placed, therefore Jade Mackenzie is not responsible for any items lost or undelivered due to incorrect address. If an item is returned to Jade Mackenzie due to incorrect address, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee before the item(s) can be reshipped. Once in transit, Jade Mackenzie is not responsible for any item(s) lost, damaged, or stolen after they have left our facility and are in the hands of the shipping service. We cannot refund/replace items that do not make it to you.

 

Express shipping is not offered as we cannot guarantee express orders and they cannot arrive overnight.

 

Customer Email

 

An email update will be sent to the customer after their order has been shipped, along with a tracking number. Please allow up to two days for the tracking number to update to the current information.

 

Pre-Order Shipping

 

The shipping date for all Pre-orders are provided above the pricing of the item. Please note that the date stated is just an approximate date and can be changed at any time. If you placed an order that consists of both in-stock and pre-order items, we will split the order and ship accordingly.

 

International Orders

 

Jade Mackenzie does ship internationally, and the checkout process is the same as normal. Additional duties and taxes are given by the customers agency within the destination country.
